Changes: Realm First! Fall of the Lich King

Realm First! Fall of the Lich King is a Feat of Strength for being the first raiders on the realm to defeat The Lich King on Heroic mode in the 25-player version of Icecrown Citadel. Like other realm firsts, there will be a server-wide notification when this achievement is completed.
