Ras Splinterspine was a Lich belonging to the Scourge, though his true allegiance lied with Burning Legion and not the Lich King. He fought against Tyrande, Maiev and Kael during the Skirmish at Silverpine Forest and served Balnazzar against Sylvanas' Forsaken during the Siege of Lordaeron, during which he was apparently destroyed.
