Can be bought from Matilda Brightlink, the Mail Armor Merchant in Dalaran for 1x [Protector's Mark of Sanctification] and 1x [Frost Witch's Headpiece].

Can be also bought for the same amount from Jadebia for Alliance players and Vol'guk for Horde players in Icecrown Citadel
