Raethas Dawnseer is one of Archmage Xylem's apprentices located at the Arcane Pinnacle in Azshara.
When Lobos fails, Dawnseer will suggest he belongs in the Darkmoon Faire zoo.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion, he arrived to Sable Ridge to find something that he could give to Xylem. He was challenged by the adventurer for his robes.[1]

Arcane Meteor — Periodically hurling meteors.- Arcane Missiles — Launches magical missiles at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage every 1 sec. for 5 sec.
- Blink — Teleports the caster 20 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
