Desecrated Shoulderpads drop off Patchwerk, Grobbulus and Gluth in the Abomination wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Cloth Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Mooncloth is made by Tailors, and Cured Rugged Hides are made by Leatherworkers.
