Desecrated Leggings drops off Loatheb in the Plague wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Cloth Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Mooncloth is made by Tailors, and Nexus Crystals are disenchanted from high level epics and rarely from high level rares.
