Now is the time to assault the Scourge's place of strength in Silverpine: Fenris Isle.
You must again go to the Isle and destroy Thule Ravenclaw. I want his head!
This mission is as dangerous as it is vital, <name>. You must not fail.

The Scourge cannot be allowed to remain in Silverpine, <Name>. Come back to me when you have proof of Thule's death.
Completion
The death of Thule Ravenclaw was no small event, <name>. Renferrel tells me that the energies released when you destroyed Thule were felt even as far as the Sepulcher.

Notes
One way of avoiding the large number of mobs between you and Thule Ravenclaw is by dying just inside the entrance, and resurrecting on top of the roof. There are still mobs you have to kill (going down 1 flight of stairs), but not nearly so many.
Fighting Thule
Thule has a minion, that he can resummon trivially, so you will need to fight both him and his minion at the same time.
Thule casts Hex of the Ravenclaw, which reduces your DPS and increases his.
You are given 
[Bethor's Potion] in a previous quest, which can remove this
hex. (There are likely other means of removing it as well.)
