Thundering Strikes is a Shaman talent in the Enhancement tree. It increases your chance to get a critical strike with both spells and weapon attacks. It applies to both damage and healing spells.

Notes
Since the talent applies to both melee attacks and spells, it is highly useful for both Elemental and Restoration specs. As it provides a solid bonus to critical strike chance and is a prerequisite for Flurry, Thundering Strikes is a staple talent for all Enhancement builds.
