Preparation is a Subtlety talent spell which refreshes cooldowns on many Rogue abilities. As such it is used by many builds, mainly 
[Ambush] dagger rogues, providing for up to three ambushes in quick succession every 8 minutes.
Having a [Glyph of Preparation] will make this ability even more useful.
Notes
As it may only be used once every 8 minutes, it is a good idea to burn multiple skills as to gain the most from its effect. Save Preparation for when you don't have other choices.
Tips and tactics
