Burning Crusade cloth specialization carries over to WotLK cloth. A tailor specialized in Shadoweave or  [Mooncloth] will only require 60 Frostweave Cloth and 12 Infinite Dust. Also, the Shadoweave/Ebonweave tailor will only need 40 Crystallized Shadow (or 4 Eternal Shadow), and the Mooncloth Tailoring specialist will only need 40 Crystallized Life (or 4 Eternal Life).

More effectively, a person can seek out both shadow/ebon and moon tailors to make the cloth for the bag for further reduced mats. The total for this would be as follows:
