Changes: Northwatch Hold

Northwatch Hold is a large fortress located between the Merchant Coast in the Barrens and Dustwallow Marsh. It is guarded by human soldiers of Theramore Isle, and led by Captain Fairmount. The stronghold has a population of about 150. Inside the mage tower near the heart of the fort, a captured high elf| sits and awaits rescue by the hands of the Horde.

The humans here are friendly towards Alliance players.
