Nightmare Engulfed Object is a drop from the Dragons of Nightmare guarding the Gates to the Emerald Dream.

Source

This item drops every time from Emeriss, Lethon, Taerar and Ysondre.

It starts the quest [60] Shrouded in Nightmare.
