Netherweave is the next generation of cloth. It will be found on live realms when The Burning Crusade is released.

Netherweave can be found as a drop from mobs in Outland, presumably from humanoids. It can also be found as a drop from the Unliving Residents ouside of the enterance to Karazhan in the Deadwind Pass.
