Netherbloom is found in Netherstorm and The Botanica. It is generally found out in the open. Requires 350 Herbalism to gather.

Netherbloom is used in the following Alchemy recipes:

Destruction Potion Use: Increases spell critical chance by 2% and spell power by 120 for 15 sec. Requires Level 25 Sell Price: 50 Elixir of Empowerment Use: Increases your <Primary Stat> by 11 for 1 hour. Battle Elixir. Requires Level 25 Sell Price: 70 Elixir of Major Mageblood Use: Increases your Versatility by 27 for 1 hour.  Battle Elixir. (3 Sec Cooldown) Requires Level 25 Sell Price: 60 Flask of Arcane Fortification Use: Increases the player's resistance to arcane spells by 35 and health regeneration by 20 every 5 seconds for 120 minutes. Counts as both a Battle and Guardian elixir. This effect persists through death. Requires Level 65 Sell Price: 2 Haste Potion Use: Increases haste rating by 400 for 15 sec. Requires Level 25 Sell Price: 50 Shrouding Potion Use: Shrouds you from nearby enemies so you seem less threatening to them. Ineffective above level 49. (5 Min Cooldown) Requires Level 23 Sell Price: 50 Super Healing Potion Use: Restores 455 health. (5 Min Cooldown) Requires Level 10 Sell Price: 50 Super Rejuvenation Potion Use: Restores 2200 mana and health. Requires Level 10 Sell Price: 70

Netherbloom is used in the following Enchanting recipe:

Superior Mana Oil Use: While applied to target weapon it restores 14 mana to the caster every 5 seconds. Lasts for 1 hour. Cannot be applied to items higher than level 165. Requires Level 22 5 Charges Sell Price: 15

Notes

Gathering a Netherbloom will have a chance to grant a +50 bonus to a random stat for 15 minutes. The effect is called "Netherbloom Pollen".

Gathering a Netherbloom will occasionally yield  [Mote of Mana] in addition to the herb.

Netherbloom is sold by Dealer Sadaqat in a limited supply (3) in the Netherstorm.

If you watch it long enough you will see it eat the little glowing speck that flies around it.
