Mist Howler is a level 22 rare grey wolf found roaming the forest west of Bathran's Haunt in Ashenvale, near the coastline. It has an 8.5-12.5 hour respawn timer.
Prior to pet speed normalization, it was famous for its 1.3 attack speed (typically 2.0) as a tamed pet, making it a good choice for hunters that wish to interrupt casters in PvP.
