Far Seer Regulkut is a tauren shaman quest giver located at the Horde base of Thrallmar in Hellfire Peninsula. She is apparently an accomplished Far Seer and a close advisor to Thrall himself. One of her principle tasks in Outland is to try and discern any information regarding uncorrupted orcs still living on the broken planet.

She starts the quest [63] A Spirit Guide.
