Marshal Dughan

Marshal Dughan is a level 25 quest giver located in Goldshire in the human starting zone of Elwynn Forest. He is the elected ruler of Elwynn ForestTemplate:Cite, as well as the leader of the military forces stationed there. He is very concerned about the kobolds to the north. He wants to know just how far they have spread over the land and ask adventurers to help him with related tasks.
