The Magic Broom is a rare mount drop from the Headless Horseman, a level 80 boss found in the graveyard wing of Scarlet Monastery during the Hallow's End seasonal event. Its disadvantage is its limited to being used only during Hallow's End. The broom will go as fast as your riding skill will allow you, and can be used as a flying mount in Outland or Northrend if your riding skill is high enough.

This item is a rare drop from Headless Horseman. The horseman is found in the graveyard wing of Scarlet Monastery during the Hallow's End seasonal event.

Notes

• This has several advantages compared to other mounts:
  • 1) It is free
  • 2) It is very compact, allowing the rider to pass underneath low door frames and other narrow places
  • 3) It is completely silent on flight, which some people find great.

Notes

It is BoP, and can only be used during the Hallow's End seasonal event. At the end of the Hallow's End, the broom will be removed from your bag.

This broom that scales with riding skill replaces several previous broom mounts:

These used to drop individually, now only the Magic Broom drops.

Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): Are no longer instant cast, but now require the same cast time as regular mounts.
