Lieutenant Grummus is an level 59 elite abomination serving the Horde in Alterac Valley.
He is situated in the southern part of Field of Strife. If he is defeated, he yields 20 
[Honor].
Unlike the Forsaken serving the Horde who are classified as humanoid, Grummus is susceptible to undead spells like 
[Turn Undead].
Trivia
Its possible his name is a refrence to the Grimace, being that they share a very vaguely similiar shape and coloring (Note Grummus' slight purple hue). Grummus may also be a reference to an NPC of the same name in Everquest who shares a similar appearance.
