Isilra is a blood elf and the lover of Ashra Valandril. Isilra's father apparently disapproves of the relationship, forcing her and Ashra to meet in secret. She believes that Ashra is torn between his love for her and his love for the Light, though Ashra himself denies it.[1] After the Cataclysm, Ashra was sent to join the Garad'kra militia in Kalimdor, but he promised Isilra that he would return home to her soon. Isilra gave him a handmade cord to remember her by.[2]
