Overview
Improved Blessing of Might is a talent in the Retribution tree, you will need to spend 5 points in Retribution to max it.
Notes
This talent gives +44 Attack Power to your Blessing of Might. However, Retribution Paladins usually have better option than getting 44 Attack Power with 5 talent points.
