Stonemaul Hold is an ogre outpost located southwest of Dire Maul in Feralas. The outpost is lead by Orhan Ogreblade, leader of the Stonemaul clan in the area.

It's from here Orhan uses the ogres to help bring down the Gordunni ogres down, so that the Horde cause use the resources that those ogres waste.
