The Highlander's Chain Greaves are leather/mail boots for Hunters and Shamans.. They are a faction reward obtained from the League of Arathor, the alliance faction of the Arathi Basin Battleground. It is available at various levels.
The horde version are named the Defiler's Chain Greaves and have exactly the same bonuses.
Depending on level it requires 257/380/561/4125 
[Honor Points] and 20 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor.
