Hierophants appear in the World of Warcraft as Hierophant Theodora Mulvadania, Nagaz, Hierophant Cenius, Hierophant Liandra, and Hierophant Thayreen. Hierophant Caydiem[1] can be found in the Warcraft TCG.

Presumably, this is a religious title.

It is also part of several items' names like [Band of the Hierophant], [Hierophant's Leggings], and [Hierophant's Sash], as well as being an item suffix for randomly enchanted leather gear, indicating stamina, spirit, and healing.
