The Helm of Heroism is a plate helmet that gives a bonus to strength, stamina, and chance to critical hit. The are part of the Dungeon Set 2 armor set called the Battlegear of Heroism.

The Helm of Heroism is a quest reward from the quest Saving the Best for Last. This quest is part of a chain which starts with Bodley's Unfortunate Fate given by

• Deliana in Ironforge.
• Mokvar in Orgrimmar.

You must turn in the  [Helm of Valor] to get the upgraded helm. Any enchantment on the old helm will be lost.

Notes

Unlike the  [Breastplate of Heroism], this Helm does not compare favorably on DPS to the similar Rank 10 pvp reward, [Lieutenant Commander's Plate Helm] / [Champion's Plate Helm]. For those unable to achieve Rank 10, raid Blackwing Lair for the  [Helm of Endless Rage] or pay the large cost for the  [Lionheart Helm], though, this can be a pretty good option.

It can also be noted that this helm has pretty high stamina, nearly as much as the  [Helm of Might], so those Warriors looking to have superb hit points may want to consider this helm.
