It is obtained by collecting specific BoP Template:Uncommon and Template:Epic drops from inside Zul'Gurub and completing specific quests given by Maywiki of Zuldazar on Yojamba Isle, Stranglethorn Vale; which also requires Friendly or better reputation with Zandalar Tribe.
