When Hakkari Sapper is tamed by a hunter it teaches 
[Lightning Breath] Rank 5. Lightning Breath Rank 5 requires 20 points to train your other pets. This beast has caster stats, meaning it has higher than normal intellect and spirit when tamed, but lower than normal health, attack power, and armor compared to a non-caster wind serpent of the same level. As such, Deviate Coiler Hatchlings and Deviate Coilers—both of which can be acquired at lower levels—are arguably better choices.
