Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor is a tool used by engineers to make a variety of items. Like a [Blacksmith Hammer] it is not consumed when crafting an item. It is just a screwdriver.

[Gnomish Army Knife] has an in-built Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor (and whole bunch of other stuff).
