Changes: Gunship

Gunships are armed flying aircraft. A gnomish engineering gunship of the Alliance and a goblin engineering gunship of the Horde are the two factions' quest hubs in Icecrown, due to the heavy Scourge presence there, in the stead of the traditional ground base.

It is currently unknown if either faction possesses more than one of these gunships, although both versions of the quest Securing the Ramparts make refernece to 'smaller ships' attacking the Citadel which are being kept at bay by a Rotting Frost Giant, although this may simply refer to Zeppelins and/or Flying Machines.

Known gunships

The Skybreaker, which patrols the skies of Icecrown.
Llane's Oath, which hovers within Deepholm.
Orgrim's Hammer, which patrols the skies of Icecrown.
Storm's Fury, which has been shot down and crashed within Deepholm.
