Recipe: Dig Rat Stew is a dual item, a transferable quest reward, and a Bind on Pickup vendor item.

Source

The transferable item was a quest reward from [23] Dig Rat Stew.

The BoP copy of the recipe may be purchased from Grub, but only by characters that completed the quest before Cataclysim.

Background

Prospector Khazgorm—in Bael Modan in southern Barrens—used to sell the recipe to Alliance players but has not been seen since the Cataclysim.

With Quest: Dig Rat Stew also removed, the only way to still get this recipe is from a player who aquired the transferable version and never used it.

Patch Changes

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Quest: Dig Rat Stew and Prospector Khazgorm removed from the game.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Grub now sells Recipe: Dig Rat Stew to players who completed the quest.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Prospector Khazgorm, found in Bael Modan in southern Barrens, now sells the recipe for Dig Rat Stew to the Alliance.

Previously, Alliance cooks could only get this quest through the neutral Auction Houses
