A great glyph for Destruction warlocks who have specced into 
[Conflagrate]. With this Glyph applied to their spellbook, the spell no longer consumes Immolate or Shadowflame. The glyph allows the caster to use Conflagrate twice during the duration of a single Immolate spell and leaves the DoT to run it's course for extra damage.

Tips and Tricks
Cast Immolate, follow up with an Incinerate or Chaos Bolt if specced for it, and then cast Conflagrate as the spell is on its way. The result is that both spells will strike at the same time for a massive burst of damage which is usually more than enough to kill non-elite mobs, and even if they don't die, the dots you have on the target will finish the job shortly.
If you take Conflagrate, this Glyph is almost mandatory.
