Gar'mak Bladetwist is an orc found at the Dreadmaul Hold in the Blasted Lands. He is the leader of the Ironmarch there. Adventurers of the combined Alliance and Horde forces in the Blasted Lands defeat him with the aid of either Vindicator Maraad or Thrall.

Objective of

• Vindicator Maraad and Thrall both ask that heroes slay  [10-40] Gar'mak Bladetwist.

Abilities

•  Bladestorm — In a whirlwind of steel you attack all enemies within 8 yards, causing weapon damage from both melee weapons to each enemy.
•  Mortal Strike — Inflicts 250% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 5 sec.

Trivia

• During the alpha, Gar'mak Quarry was in Shadowmoon Valley.
