It's all a key combinaison of ALT + ### numbers from 128 (Ç) to 165 (Ñ) for the letters accepted for the character name and the game Chat: Ç ü é â ä à å ç ê ë è ï î ì Ä Å É æ Æ ô ö ò û ù ÿ Ö Ü ø £ Ø × ƒ á í ó ú ñ Ñ (from 128 to 165)
Also consider HTML entities since they are much more browser and OS neutral. Also, ALT-key combinations are generally Windows-only.
