Ring of the Boy Emperor is a rare archaeology artifact that requires 450 skill to find and 150 Tol'vir Archaeology Fragments to solve. Up to three 
[Tol'vir Hieroglyphic] keystones may be used to complete it.
Description
This Bind to Account item has a high enough item level to support the best ring enchants available, but the enchants will be deactivated if sent to a character without the requisite Enchanting skill. This ring is also capable of being reforged.
History
This is a ring made of gold featuring a scarab fashioned of polished turquoise. The ring itself is quite small and only fits on your fingers with some effort.
Little is known of Emperor Ninjter. His coronation was a time of great celebration among the tol'vir, and a long and prosperous rule was foretold. The emperor died very young, before much of his great destiny could unfold.
