Dorothy Egan is a human Grand Master herbalism trainer located in Dalaran.
Right after the Battle for the Broken Shore, Dalaran was hovering over Deadwind Pass and more particularly Karazhan. The entire city had been moved by a giant Blink spell, which caused a lot of troubles for the various citizens and their shops. Some citizens were now suffering of dizziness and nausea, and Dorothy was trying to find old recipes to help them combat the side effects of the sudden transportation.
