Notes
Using the Paladin spell 
[Holy Shield] activates the same cooldown on Figurine of the Colossus (10 seconds). The same doesn't count the other way around though.
At level 70 this equates to 4.06% extra block rating.
The healing effect is pretty useful when playing solo, but can't replace a healer in an instance.
