Overview
A talent for increasing threat in Bear Form, as well as increasing stealth in Cat Form.
Functionality
Feral Instinct Increases threat caused in Bear and 
[Dire Bear Form] by X and reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while Prowling. It is a passive Feral Combat talent, and is always active. The threat increase is additive with Bear Form's threat modifier.

Notes
For a Druid who wishes to tank NPCs, Feral Instinct provides a threat increase that makes this task easier to manage. 3/3 Feral Instinct increases Bear Form to a 145% threat modifier on actions.
The stealth increase in Cat Form is beneficial for sneaking past higher-level opponents, and can be very useful in PvP.
