The Enraged Panther is a level 30 elite panther found in a cage in Thousand Needles. Wizlo Bearingshiner's caravan was transporting the panther, but was attacked by centaurs. Wizlo has the 
[Panther Cage Key], but left a gizmo tied around the panther's neck.
The Enraged Panther cannot be tamed.
