The Elder Cloud Serpent is a level 27-29 Wind Serpent native to Thousand Needles. Colored white.
This beast suffers from caster stats, meaning stats useful to a pet (strength, agility, armor, stamina) are lower and their useless stats (intellect, spirit) will be higher, making them weaker than a normal Wind Serpent that level. It is advised not to use those ones as a pet, as you can use other Wind Serpents with the same skin without the same side-effect.
