Dougan is a human paladin who fought with Kurdan and Voldana against the Horde during the first war. After the war ended he settled in a home by Grand Hamlet with his wife Adena and his twin baby girls. When he heard townsfolk were disappearing investigating the cursed tower of Karazhan, he ventured off with Kurdan and Voldana to rescue missing villagers. The evils of the tower was too much and while Kurden and Voldana escaped, Dougan was left behind [1]and killed at the hands of Terestian Illhoof. His spirit is forever trapped in Karazhan.[2]
