Doesn't go to Eleven is a Lich King Heroic achievement implemented in Patch 3.3.0.
Details
Forgemaster Garfrost is the first boss in the Pit of Saron.
Strategy
DPS and healers should get out of LOS of Garfrost before reaching 11 stacks of permafrost by standing behind a boulder that was thrown at a party member. In order for the tank to remove permafrost, the group must DPS Garfrost down to 66%, and then 33%, at that point Garfrost leaps over to a forge, and the tank can LOS behind a boulder. So it is important that your group has high DPS, to get him to those percentages before your tank reaches 11 stacks.
