Desecrated Wristguards are the wrist tokens for the Paladin, Hunter, Shaman, and Druid Tier 3 armor sets. Paladins will receive the 
[Redemption Wristguards] for their set Redemption Armor, Hunters will receive the [Cryptstalker Wristguards] for their set Cryptstalker Armor, Shamans will receive the [Earthshatter Wristguards] for their set The Earthshatterer, and Druids will receive the [Dreamwalker Wristguards] for their set Dreamwalker Raiment.
