Defeat  Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold without using Defense Control Crystals and with Prison Seal Integrity at 100% while in Heroic Difficulty.

Defenseless is a Lich King Heroic achievement that requires players to fully clear Heroic Violet Hold without using any defense control crystals (the switches around the room) and letting the door's defense shield drop below 100% (most likely meaning no mobs can make it to the door).
Strategy
The only two issues with performing this achievement is the DPS caliber and the mob control. If you have a paladin tank in your group, this is very easy to accomplish with consecrate holding aggro on any incoming adds.
