Usable while moving.

Can be used with [Cold Blood].

Does not work with [Ruthlessness].

[High Warlord's Leather Gloves] and [Gladiator's Leather Gloves] improve [Deadly Throw] to interrupt casting and silence the target in that school of magic for 3 seconds.

Instant cast and unaffected by weapon speed, so it favors slower throwing weapons.

In Patch 2.3, missile speed increased significantly and snare duration increased slightly.
