This item can be fished from the waters of The Bay of Storms in Azshara.You will need to have a fishing skill level of between 300-350. Feel free to change this if you find out what exact level is.
Addendum: Speculate lowest possible fishing level about 290 - 295. You may fish up a few more grey items but can catch the lobster as well. Catch rate is about 40%.
10/25/2009 1) You MUST fish from the rocks or islands in the middle of the bay - fishing from the shore doesn't do anything for you. 2) Catch rate on 100 casts was 41 lobster, 22 Squid, 20 Stonescale, 10 Large Mighty Fish, and misc others. Fishing skill 400 when I started.
