Crystal golems are encountered mostly in Northrend.Template:Cite Most crystalline Golems are constructs created by the storm giants in Ulduar. They look like men only larger (and made of crystal), and serve the giants as workers, scouts, and servants. They can be found near Crystalsong Forest, and the Storm Peaks of Northrend. They are used to collect the crystals for the giants experiments and to protect the Crystalsong Forest.Template:Cite. Other crystalline golems were likely created (or perhaps corupted) by Ner'Zhul, the Lich King. They protect ruins and are occasionally mobilized to attack enemy forces. Rumors suggest some of the liches can also create these golems.Template:Cite
