Conjured Mana Strudel is food conjured by level 80 mages via the spells 
[Conjure Refreshment] and 
[Ritual of Refreshment]. Twenty Strudels will appear once either of the spells is used.
Only 80 strudels can be held in the inventory at one time.
As with most conjured items the mana strudel can be traded across realms (while in a dungeon group) and disappears when logged out more than 15 minutes.
