The Cloud Serpent is level 25-26 cloud serpent, wind serpent native to Thousand Needles. Colored white.
This beast is tamable by hunters, but suffers from caster stats, meaning strength, agility, armor, stamina are lower and intellect and spirit will be higher than that of a non-caster wind serpent of the same level. Although this discrepancy is workable at lower levels, it tends to become problematic later on. Wind serpents with the same skin, but without this side effect, include Hayoc or Arash-ethis.
