The Cloak of the Honor Guard is a good reputation reward for melee classes.

The Cloak of the Honor Guard is bought from Samuel Hawke outside Arathi Basin battleground entrance.

It costs 6750 [Honor Points] and 20 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor; you no longer must be Exalted with The League of Arathor to buy this cloak.

It is a decent upgrade to both the [Cape of the Black Baron] and the [Shadow Prowler's Cloak]. However, the [Honor Points] needed to purchase this cloak could be more practically used toward purchasing a piece of PvP-Epic class gear.
