Catseye Ultra Goggles are the Engineer's answer to all the sneaky Rogues out there. They provide the wearer with stealth detection approximately 2 levels above their own. However since constant tinkering with the goggle's Occulo-Vision circuit is required, the only people who can wear this item are Engineers with a skill level of at least 220. To make the goggles, you need 4 [Thick Leather], 2 [Aquamarine] gems, and 1 [Catseye Elixir]. You also need the [Arclight Spanner] and the [Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor].
